    • an offence has been committed;
    • the offence is a Criminal Code or other act of Parliament;
  • Reasonable grounds to believe:
    • information concerning the offence will be obtained


Video Warrant

  • does officer intend to make observations by camera or similar?
  • does camera capture anything that may have reasonable expectation of privacy?
